Giggling Girl

Jillian loves to be tossed gently up into the air and we caught some of her infectious laughter on camera the other day. Hard to believe that she is 3 months old already!

Bowling on Brayden's Birthday

Gotta love the alliteration! We had a terrific celebration in Birmingham for my nephew/godson's 3rd birthday. Ethan had never been bowling before so I didn't know what to expect. Sadly, my photo of B bowling is blurry! Ok, so Jillian and I have come home with very bad colds and I am still collecting baptism photos from the fam to get the best ones. Keep your fingers crossed my boys fight the ickies and I'll have the rest to post soon from the big day...

My sister Nicole makes the greatest cupcakes-these were lions and giraffes and some even had chocolate filling-awesome!

Layna and Aunt Elyse dug right into their cupcakes

This contraption is the greatest and the boys just pushed the ball down the ramp and the siderails guarantee they hit some pins!

Ethan would watch the ball roll and come back cheering. He would hi 5 the lady next to us who thought he was hysterical! :) Bowling was a huge hit!

Jillian slept through most of the loud fun!

The Week in Review

This past week was so busy that I decided to make one post with random happenings from the week. We hit our normal Gymboree, but also went to Pump It Up the Indoor Bounce house play center. Visited brand new baby Ryan, the Wilsons, Grandparents, and Ethan played in the pool with Audrey. It was great to see some of our good friends and family! This will be my only post this week as we leave Thursday for Jillian's baptism weekend in Birmingham. Many more photos to follow when we return!

Ethan is now up in Level 5 which is about pretend/imagination

This week the kids were fishing from a pier!

A very happy mommy on Mother's Day

There's nothing like good friends.

Ethan was very impressed with mommy's blue helicopter-making his own.

There are 6 bounce houses and 1 is this huge slide-future bday party maybe...

Ethan using bubbles for the first time ever! Took him forever to try them out!

Blue Eyed Beauties

The next few days are going to be crazy, so yes I am posting twice today! I thought this was one of the cutest pictures of the kids together yet-so I thought I would leave you with this until I can post in a few more days!

More Art

Ethan is very much into projects lately, so he's been playing with playdoh, different paints, markers, crayons and sticker books lately. I set up his new art tray in his bedroom so he has a little quiet place to go at times! This time he decided to finger paint himself and thought it quite hilarious!

My little Van Gogh

Ethan loves his new outdoor paint set and the weather has been perfect for more outdoor activities this month.

Carefully dipping his brushes

He definitely likes the roller best

She Did It

I am so happy to say that last night Jillian slept through the night. From 10 p- 7:30 AM! She has done 6 hours several nights now and we couldn't be more thrilled at this latest development. 2 kids sleeping through the night is going to feel like such a luxury if it continues. keep your fingers crossed!

Something New

There's something different about our little Jillian-can you guess
what it is? If you click on the picture you can see a larger view. I'll give you a hint: in this photo you can only see 1.
In this picture there are 2:

Can you find it?...

Did you guess it? Jillian got her ears pierced! They are very cute with yellow gold around the outside and a clear crystal on the inside. She cried for 2-3 minutes after getting shots and earrings, but has been a champ ever since. And too cute to boot! We'll try to get better pictures, but it's hard to see both earrings in most.
